Program Abstract: In 100 words or less, describe your program as you wish it to be printed in the Conference Program book. Clearly state the objectives of the program.
Proposal Submitted by: Committee correspondence will be directed only to the “Coordinating Presenter” who will be expected to correspond with the co-presenters of the program (if there are any).
